What is a default shipping address?
You may have specified more than one shipping address in your account information. The default shipping address is the address to which your order will be shipped unless you select another shipping address for this order.

What is a default credit card?
You may have specified more than one credit card in your account information. The default credit card is the card that will be charged with the value of your order unless you select another credit card to be charged for this order.

Can I have more than one billing address?
No. You cannot have more than one billing address. But you can change your billing address by editing it.

Can I have more than one shipping address?
Yes. You can specify as many shipping addresses as you want.

How can I add a shipping address to my address list?
To add a shipping address, click on "Your Account". The details of your account are displayed. Click on the "Add" button in the "Your Shipping Address" box to add a new shipping address.

Can I delete an address from my address list?
No. You cannot delete any address but you could change it by editing it.

How do I make changes to an address in my list?
To edit an address, click on "Your Account". The details of your account are displayed. Click on the "Edit" button in the address box that has to be changed.

Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, for residents of New York. We are located in New York. By law, we must collect 8% sales tax for all orders where the billing address is also located in New York.

What are your shipping rates?
We offer FREE SHIPPING on domestic orders over $50.00! Free shipping applies to orders containing books, comics, magazines, graphic novels, DVD's and video games only. Free shipping is via USPS Media Mail. Orders containing apparel, toys, statues, supplies etc do not qualify for free shipping. Pease note that free shipping does NOT apply to international orders.

All domestic orders are shipped within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Pre-ordered comics that have not been released yet will be shipped on the Wednesday(new releease day) they arrive.

How do I check the status of my order?
You can check on the status of an earlier order by clicking on the "Where's My Stuff?" link under Account Services. This page gives you the options of viewing an individual order or the summary of all orders that you have placed with us. To check an individual order, enter the order number and click on Submit button. If you don’t remember the order number, use the "view multiple orders" option; a list of all your orders along with shipment status is displayed. The "view multiple orders" option displays ALL orders placed by you, whether online or over the phone, mail or any other means. Click on the required order number to check on its status. The order details also contain the shipment tracking numbers of items shipped on this order.

How do I cancel or make changes to an order?
To cancel or make changes to an order, please contact our customer service department by emailing orders@comixzone.com and they will give you further information.

I already have an account with you. Do I need to register myself again on your web store?
No. If you already have an account with us through our retail store, please contact the store; they will give you your sign-in name and password. You can sign-in and then change your password.

Can I place an order without registering my account?
Before you place an order with us, you must register a user account. We understand how valuable your time is and our registration has been designed to take only a few minutes. Once you have registered with us, you need not give your address and credit card details on future visits to our shop. This will save you the trouble of entering this information on every purchase you make from us.

How can I place an order without using my credit card?
The other payment option we offer is Paypal (sorry, no money orders or personal checks). To pay by Paypal click on the Paypal logo on the final order page. This will open up a new window and take you directly to the Paypal homepage. Make payment payable to paypal@comixzone.com. We must receive payment immediately after order is placed or we cannot guarantee product availability.

What should I do if I forget my password?
If you are a registered user and have forgotten your password, go to the "Account Sign In" page and click on the "Forgot your password? CLICK HERE" link. Follow the on-screen instructions and we will send your password to your default e-mail address.

Wish List

How do I view a friend's Wish List?
Enter the first or last name, event name, or email address AND date range of an event of a friend or family member in the search box to find their Wish List. You will see the search results of the Wish List search.

How do I access Wish List?
Click on the event name in the Wish List search results page, you will then see the items within the Wish List. If the event holder requires an access code, you will be taken to the "Validation of invitee" page. After validating the email and access code, items in that Wish List will be displayed.

How do I create a Wish List?
Click on the Wish List link. To create a Wish List you must be a registered user. If you already have an account, then sign in to the web store. After signing in, you can create a new Wish List by filling in the required details and making it your current Wish List by selecting the option provided on the page. When you find a product that you want to add to your Wish List, click on the "Add to Wish List" link. All the items will be added to the current Wish List.

How to allow other users to access your Wish List?
When you create a Wish List, you will have the option to make your Wish List accessible by any user or only by users you invite. If you want your Wish List to be accessible by any user, select the option "Allow any User to access Wish List", if you want it private, leave it unchecked. If your Wish List is private, you can set an access code to make it accessible to your invitees when you invite them. The invitees can use the access code set by you to access your Wish List.

How to allow invitees to ship to other addresses?
When you create your Wish List, simply check the option "Allow invitees to ship to other addresses". This will allow the invitees to add a new shipping address while creating their orders and also ship the purchased items to that address.

How to hide purchase from Invitees?
To hide the quantity of items in your Wish List that have already been purchased, select the option "Hide purchase from invitees". The invitee will only be able to view the items and its price in your Wish List, once the invitee accesses it through the access code provided by you.

What is Current Wish List ?
Current Wish List is the default Wish List created by you. Any items that you wish to add to the Wish List will be added to this current Wish List by default. If you want to choose any other Wish List as your current Wish List, click on the Wish List link in the right hand side menu to get a list of all your Wish Lists. Here check the appropriate radio button and click on "Make Current" button to make the selection your current Wish List.

What payment types do you accept?
The Comix Zone accepts Discover, Master Card, Visa, and Paypal. All payment must be in U.S. currency.

What is your Returns Policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Items may be returned within 30 days from the order date in unopened package that is in like-new condition, unless returning defective merchandise, accompanied by original receipt. Items without receipt are limited to exchanges only and subject to approval. Approved exchanges without receipt will be offered at the lowest selling price. In most instances we can verify purchases made in the last year. Clearance sales are final. NO returns on Video Games, DVDís, comics or single collectible cards. Christmas returns valid until January 31st.

Where is the order tracking number?

What is your Pre-Order policy?
Pre-Orders are items that you can purchase before the item actually ships from the publisher and/or manufacturer. This often helps guarantee the availability of an item as it is specifically ordered for you. All orders that contain pre-orders are charged at the time the order is placed. Orders containing pre-order items that total less than $50 are held until all items arrive. Orders that total more than $50 are shipped on a once-a-month basis as the items arrive.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. We would prefer to never change a price once it's been offered for pre-order. However, sometimes the manufacturer changes the price of a product after they originally supplied the info to us. If a price increase is required we will notify you via email, if we do not have a response we will cancel your order as we would never take payment without authorization.
