START HERE--> How do I subscribe online for home delivery?
1. Click on "My Subscription " from the top of any page.
Sign-in to your account, if you don't have an
account yet, you can create one HERE.
2. Add titles to your list using the "Quick Subscription" or
click the "Add To Subscription" button below the title you want to subscribe to. You can also add to your existing
list at any time using these options.
3. When you are done adding titles to your list, choose your shipping
frequency and click on the "Submit Subscription" button.
4. If you have not ordered with us before and do not have a credit card on file, please add one. The cost of your
comics plus shipping (if applicable) will be charged automatically
to your default credit card each time we ship your titles. You are
authorizing Comix Zone to charge your credit card for each shipment of the titles that you subscribe to. To add a credit card, go to "My Subscription List", click the "Add Credit Card" button and COMPLETE the checkout process using the credit card you wish to authorize. During checkout click "I want to pay using a new card". Also, make sure to click the "Save this card for future use" check box when adding your credit card.
Can I subscribe online for In-Store pickup?
Yes! 1. Click on "My Subscription" from the top of any page.
Sign-in to your account, if you don't have an
account yet, you can create one HERE.
2. Add titles to your list using the "Quick Subscription" or
click the "Add To Subscription" button below the title you want to subscribe to. You can also add to your existing
list at any time using these options.
3. When you are done adding titles to your list, choose the frequency
"In-Store pickup" and click on the "Submit Subscription" button.
4. Simply come to the store and pick up your books. In-Store subscription MUST BE PICKED UP AT LEAST ONCE
A MONTH or your subscription will be cancelled and books returned to the
sales floor.
When are new comics released?
New comics are released every Wednesday.
Can I get multiple copies of any title?
Yes! Get one of each title or get ten, it's up to you! Just make sure if you want more than just a couple copies
to get the update in by the final pre-order date of the comic as larger quantities added after that date are not guaranteed. Simply adjust quantites at any time through the "My Subscription List" page.
What if a comic has more than one cover (variant)?
You will always receive the main cover, known as regular cover, cover A etc for your subscription pull. In order to receive other, non limited covers,
you can purchase them seperately (see "Can I add..." below) and have them shipped with your subscription order. Variant covers offered
in higher ratios (1:10, 1:25 etc) may be purchased separately and shipped with your subscription also but, higher ratio variants are based on availability
and are offered on a first purchased, first filled basis upon listing on our site.
Are annuals and one shots etc included?
Annuals and one-shots are not included with your regular subscription and will have to be subscribed to seperately.
The title I get is re-launching, do I have to re-subscribe?
The rule of thumb is, if the title doesn't change the name at all, you don't have to do anything and it will carry over. But, if the title
changes by even one letter, you will have to add the new title. A perfect example of this is Green Lantern, if you had this on your list but wanted Green Lanterns
(with an S) it would have to be added serperatley.
Can I add items from the website that are not on my regular subscription?
Yes! Place the order for the additional items. During checkout choose 'add to subscription' for payment from the payment choices. We will add the items to your next shipment and adjust shipping accordingly. PLEASE NOTE: Due to the limited nature of the 1:10, 1:25 etc. variant covers, they can not be held for subscriptions and are sold on a first come, first served basis.
How do I delete titles from my subscription list?
You can delete titles at any time by clicking the "Remove" button to the right of any title in your subscription. Make sure you click
the "Submit Subscription" button or your changes will not be sent to us. Please note: subscriptions are forward moving so if you take off a title that has already arrived and been pulled, you will still receive that issue. The deletion will prevent future issues from being pulled.
What is the deadline for submitting changes to my subscription?
If you want your changes to take effect immediately for comics shipping with this week's new releases, please submit them
before Saturday 8:00PM EST. Please do not email changes, they must be done through "My Subscription List" by clicking on the "Submit Subscription" button.
When will you ship my comics?
Based on your shipping frequency choice, your books will ship the Wednesday of the week your subscription
is due to be shipped.
What are the shipping rates?
What will the total cost of my subscription be?
The cost of each shipment will vary, depending on how many of your titles are released within your specified
shipping period. Total cost will be the price of all the comics in your shipment, minus our 20% discount, plus
shipping charges (if applicable). A detailed invoice will be viewable in the "Where's My Stuff" tracking link in your account on the Wednesday
your order is due to be shipped.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged between Monday and Wednesday of the week your order is due to be shipped.
How do I add a new or change my credit card on file?
Because of how our subscription service works, automatically billing different amounts each month, the credit card companies require us to have our customers "authorize" use. Because of this we have to have cards added in the following manner:
Click the "Add Credit Card" button on your My Subscription List page and COMPLETE the checkout process as if you were buying the item “Subscription-Add/Authorize Credit Card”. During checkout, click "I want to pay using a new card" and enter your card details, make sure to click the "Save this card for future use" check box. This not only adds a credit card to your account but authorizes us to make the necessary charges.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You may cancel your subscription at any time (although, we will miss you!). To cancel, simply delete ALL of the titles in your list, click the "Submit Subscription" button, your subscription will be cancelled, effective immediately.
You must cancel your subscription by Saturday, 8:00PM EST in order to avoid a shipment for that week.
