Where a pre-order for a comic is ordering that specific issue, a subscription pull list gets all future issues of a title until the title ends or, you remove the title from your list. You can either have your subscriptions shipped to you with qualifying orders shipped for FREE or choose FREE in store pickup! NOTE* You must have at least one active, ongoing title to start and maintain a subscription pull list.
1. Sign-in to your account, click on "Your Subscription" from the menu.
2. Press “Quick Add”, choose the publisher of the series you want to add, select the title(s). Do this for all series you would like. Alternatively, you can search for a title and press the “Add to Pull List” (Pull List on mobile) button. NOTE* Using the “Add To Subscription” payment method only adds the specific issue(s) in your order, not the series, to your subscription (see "Can I add" below). You must use the two options above and, see it on your list to have it pulled automatically.
3. When you are done adding all the titles, choose a Shipping Frequency & Delivery Method, press Save. You will receive an email confirmation with your subscription pull list.
4. If you selected to have your comics delivered to your home, you must add a credit card to your account.
In-Store subscriptions must be picked up at least ONCE A MONTH or your subscription will be cancelled. While pickup pull lists don't initially require a credit card, those that are cancelled will require one to sign back up.
Yes! You can get multiple copies, simply change the "Quantity Ordered" to your desired quantity. Although, if you would like more than 2 copies of a book, you must get the change in before the FOC (Final Pre-Order Date) of the next shipping issue. If you miss that date, the increased quantity will take place with the following issue.
No, these are not included with your regular subscription and will have to be added seperately.
You will always receive the main cover (A) for your subscription pull. To receive other, non-incentive covers, you can add them separately (see "Can I add…" below). Due to limited availability and high demand, to be fair to all customers, incentive variants (1:10, 1:25 etc.) cannot be held for subscriptions and are offered on a first purchased, first filled basis upon listing on our site.
If the title does not change the name at all and, you still see it on your list, you do not have to do anything. But, if the title changes by even one letter, you will have to add the new title. Example is Green Lantern, if you had this on your list but wanted Green Lanterns (with an S) you would have to add it.
Yes! Place the order for the additional items. During checkout choose "Ship With Next Sub Order" or “In Store Pickup” for shipping & "Add To Subscription" for payment. We will add the items to your next shipment and adjust shipping accordingly.
PLEASE NOTE: You will eventually see these “Add To” orders change to cancelled/closed, don’t worry, this is a good thing! When you place an “Add To” order, we capture the order, add the items to your pull list on the back end. The software we use to generate pull lists isn’t attached to the site so when you see the order status change to cancelled/closed, that means we added the items to your pull list. We do this so we can combine all regular subscription items & “Add to” items together in one order (or in-store sub box).
Simply press "Remove" button to the right of any title then the "Save" button to send the update to our system. Please note subscriptions are forward moving, if you remove a title that already has an issue pulled, you will still receive that issue. The removal will prevent you from receiving future issues.
If you want your changes to take effect immediately for comics shipping with this week's releases, please submit them before Saturday 8:00PM EST. Please do not email changes, they MUST be done through the website using your "My Pull List" page. You only need to press "Save" after all changes are made. You will receive an email confirmation each time "Save" is pressed.
Weekly subscription pull lists ship every Wednesday, while bi-weekly and monthly ship out every two weeks and every four weeks respectively. If you start your subscription after the Saturday deadline, there is a one-week delay in the first shipment. When your first order is shipped out depends on when you start your Subscription Pull List, so expect a shipment the first, second, or forth week after starting. PLEASE NOTE: Because some months have five Wednesdays in them, the time during the month when your order ships can change.

Subscription Pull List orders are charged every Wednesday unless there is a delay in releases due to a holiday.
To add a credit card, go to "My Account", press "Stored Payment Methods" and enter card details under Add a Card, press "Add".
You may cancel your subscription at any time (although, we will miss you!). To cancel, remove ALL the titles in your list, press the "Save" button to send the empty list to our system. A copy of the empty list will be emailed to you, this is your confirmation. You must cancel your subscription by Saturday, 8:00PM EST to avoid a shipment for that week.
